Health tips:

1. Wash hands before using the milk pump to milk or treat breast milk.
2. Wipe the breast pump with a hot towel before milking. Massage stimulates the areola to clean the breast.
3. Milking at your own pressure/suction that you are comfortable with. Breasts or nipples should not be pumped for longer than 20 min per pump. It's normal to feel discomfort within the first few minutes. If it continues, switch to a lower mode. In the first week of giving birth try to pump as much as possible to boost your milk, even when it hurts. Nipple cream will help numb the tenderness.
4. Use a lidded container when storing breast milk or you can buy breast milk storage/freezer bags from our shop
5. Remove breast milk that has been refrigerated for more than 72 hours (3 days)
6. Do not put refrigerated breast milk and fresh breast milk together.
7. Thaw the refrigerated breast milk or link the container to the warm milk for warm feeding.
8. After the defrosted breast milk is thawed, if the baby can not finish drinking after 24 hours, please do not repeat the refrigerated breast milk. Dispose of the remaining and disinfect the container.

9. The Silicone part of the pump, together with bottles can be sterilized and steamed in our All-in-one Electric Baby Bottle Warmer/Sterilizer in our shop.
